What activities do you enjoy that are not associated with achieving a goal, solving a problem, or fixing something. In other words, what things bring you joy just because. Write down everything you can think of, and also write down what feelings come up for you around this question. Wonderful job today! I love you lots, and I’ll see you tomorrow for day 8.
