A 10 minute morning yoga whole body stretch to soothe tight, sore muscles, relieve accumulated stress and start your day feeling refreshed and re-energized. Maybe you don’t have time for a full yoga practice, but you have ten minutes! And these ten minutes will change your whole day. We start with a calming and energizing breath exercise, then begin stretching the whole body from the top down – neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, hips and hamstrings… This morning stretch has it all!
