Reconnect: A 30 Day Yoga Challenge – STARTS JAN 1, 2022 | David O Yoga

Reconnect – A 30 Day Yoga Challenge – begins January 1, 2022 to help you reconnect to your heart, to your health and wellness, and to what is truly meaningful and important in your life.

Beginning January 1, 2022, I’ll kick off this 30 day yoga challenge here on my YouTube channel, and every day for the whole month of January I’ll post a new class.

Each class will be around 20-25 minutes, and each class will have a special theme focused on helping you reconnect.

No previous yoga experience is required so matter where you are with your level of physical fitness or experience with yoga, these 30 days will be transformative and FUN. And if you have specific issues with your wrists or knees or other challenges, I’ll give you modifications to help you work around those things.

Required equipment for our 30 day journey simply includes a yoga mat. I also highly recommend 2 yoga blocks, a yoga bolster (or firm pillow/cushion), and a small folded blanket.

I invite you to take up this challenge! Go on this little adventure with me, and a whole global community of friends who love, support and celebrate each other as we all reconnect to make this world a happier place.

I love you lots. I’ll see you January 1!

Sciatic Nerve Problems – Ways to Diagnose and Treat It

Sciatic nerve problems are painful conditions affecting millions of people worldwide each year. The problem seems to last for a lifetime, like it will never go away from you; even when you sit, stand and lie flat on bed, the pain is there, and even when you want to be productive by doing household chores, it is still there. Pain is unbearable and the most brilliant thing to help you to be pain-free will always be the medical treatment.

Shocking Statistics of Back Pain Surgery

Back pain is common. More than 26 million Americans between the ages of 20-64 experience frequent back pain. Some of that is from minor causes such as a strained muscle which goes away on its own eventually. But for more serious conditions such as herniated discs doctors are often too quick to prescribe surgery yet according to the John Hopkins White Paper on Low Back Pain and Osteoporosis (2002), fewer than 5% of people with back pain are good candidates for surgery. It’s important to know that natural healing techniques can be extremely effective, even often in cases when surgery might be recommended.

Choosing Back Pain Medication

Back pain is something that most people suffer from during their lifetime and it is one of the most common ailments that send people to their doctor’s office. There are a variety of medications that can be used for back pain and if you are planning a trip to the doctor here’s some information on just which types of drugs you might be prescribed.

Chronic Back Pain Therapy

One of the most common medical complaints in our modern culture is back pain. Fortunately for all those who suffer from this malady there are varieties of back pain therapy available that can deal with just about any form of back trouble.

Causes Of Back Pain And How To Prevent It (Things To Avoid And Things To Do)

Most people, in fact over 80%, have back pain at least once in their lives. The statistics for those that suffer from back aches every year are also impressive. The 50 to 70 age group is most at risk, but it does affect all age groups, including children. As computers are now used every day by most people posture related pains are becoming more common.
