Reconnect: A 30 Day Yoga Challenge – STARTS JAN 1, 2022 | David O Yoga

Reconnect – A 30 Day Yoga Challenge – begins January 1, 2022 to help you reconnect to your heart, to your health and wellness, and to what is truly meaningful and important in your life.

Beginning January 1, 2022, I’ll kick off this 30 day yoga challenge here on my YouTube channel, and every day for the whole month of January I’ll post a new class.

Each class will be around 20-25 minutes, and each class will have a special theme focused on helping you reconnect.

No previous yoga experience is required so matter where you are with your level of physical fitness or experience with yoga, these 30 days will be transformative and FUN. And if you have specific issues with your wrists or knees or other challenges, I’ll give you modifications to help you work around those things.

Required equipment for our 30 day journey simply includes a yoga mat. I also highly recommend 2 yoga blocks, a yoga bolster (or firm pillow/cushion), and a small folded blanket.

I invite you to take up this challenge! Go on this little adventure with me, and a whole global community of friends who love, support and celebrate each other as we all reconnect to make this world a happier place.

I love you lots. I’ll see you January 1!

It’s important to know that natural healing techniques can be extremely effective, even often in cases when surgery might be recommended.
