Reconnect: A 30 Day Yoga Challenge – Orientation | David O Yoga



Beginning January 1, 2022 we kick off our annual 30 day yoga challenge. This year it’s a very special program called “Reconnect” with each class focused on helping you reconnect to your health, to your heart, and to the things that are most meaningful your life.

These 30 days are an opportunity to take back control of your health and to support and celebrate one another as we all take this journey together.

I’ve put a lot of love and time into this project. And i believe that over the course of these 30 days, you can begin to let go of what is no longer serving you, and reconnect to joy, to radiant health, and to a love of life that feels energizing and inspiring.

What Is Sciatica? – Some Basic Info
