What do I struggle with most to love about myself? What would it mean to open my heart and begin to love that part of myself?
We’re not talking here about loving behavior or actions that cause suffering for yourself or others, We’re talking about loving that part of yourself that is hurting and struggling. What would that mean to you? Write on that for a little bit and see what opens for you.
