A sequence of highly effective stretching exercises proven to relieve sciatica pain FAST! I suffered from chronic bouts of sciatica pain for years and these are some of my favorite stretching exercises that helped me eliminate sciatica pain from my life for good.
The exercises and stretches in this video will address the two most common causes of sciatica pain – a herniated or bulging disk in the low back, and piriformis syndrome (an overly tight piriformis muscle in the buttock). However when dealing with the spine or sciatica its always best to see a doctor or physical therapist first. If any of these stretches or exercises cause you more pain – stop immediately and skip that stretch! Therapeutic stretching should feel intuitively good in your body, so listen to your body, and stay safe.
