This class is a yin yoga class for a healthy spine. We move the spine in a very gentle way in all 4 directions. We sink into poses to let go and ease into stillness and awareness. Moving the spine in this mindful and gentle way can help you to relief back pain and stiffness around the upper- and lower back. Be nice to yourself, be curious and allow yourself to rest – this way you might even feel the subtle movement of energy in your body.
