Peaceful Morning Flow by the Lake | David O Yoga


A 30 minute peaceful morning yoga flow on the beautiful shore of one of Michigan’s Great Lakes – Lake Eerie. Flow with me to the sounds of ducks, herons, and songbirds, and welcome peace and grace back into your day. Also, this is a mandala flow, which means we take a little 360 degree journey all away around the mat to invite more play, curiosity and fun into your day as well!
