Beginner Yoga for Men – Strength and Flexibility Flow | David O Yoga



Welcome to the first in a special beginner yoga series for men. There are physiological reasons why a man’s body is often less flexible with a different center of gravity than a women’s body. And so it’s helpful to explore yoga fundamentals from the perspective of the male physique.

Join David as he leads you through a series of fun, effective and accessible classes that balance functional strength with flexibility, mobility, mental clarity and focus.

And if you’re a woman, you’re more than welcome to join us! You just might find a little more focus on upper body strength, with stretches that are a little less intense in this series.
