Welcome to the first in a special beginner yoga series for men. There are physiological reasons why a man’s body is often less flexible with a different center of gravity than a women’s body. And so it’s helpful to explore yoga fundamentals from the perspective of the male physique.
Join David as he leads you through a series of fun, effective and accessible classes that balance functional strength with flexibility, mobility, mental clarity and focus.
And if you’re a woman, you’re more than welcome to join us! You just might find a little more focus on upper body strength, with stretches that are a little less intense in this series.
Today we’ve got a fun 20 minute yoga flow for full body strength and flexibility. So roll out your mat, and lets flow!

Sitting all day, typing away at a computer, can be very trying for anyone who has ever had a back injury. I know, because I experience that exact situation every single day. But there are things that you can do to do more than just ‘get through the day’. You can actually be productive and walk away at the end of the day with no pain.
