Today’s affirmation:
A bright, beautiful light shines within me. When I express my true self, I shine this light on everyone around me. I make this world a happier place.

Today’s Journal Exercise:
Write down all the ways that you currently shine your light and make this world a happier place. You do WAY more than you realize so take time to consider all the little things that you do that bring a smile to someone’s face. Then write down some things that perhaps you would like to do more of. Great job today! I love you lots, and I’ll see you tomorrow for day 7.
