We often think “I should or shouldn’t feel a certain way”, but what we really need in those moments is to allow and observe the feelings, then offer ourselves kindness and compassion and see where that path takes us. What are you resisting? Write down anything that comes to mind. I purposely left the question very broad for you to take it in any direction you want. For whatever comes up, is it possible that shifting to an attitude of more allowance and acceptance can actually be a catalyst for positive change?
