One of the most powerful and beautiful things about journaling is that it helps you to see things more clearly. And from that place of clarity you can respond in ways that truly support your greatest good. Journaling is not about having the right answer, it’s the process of writing that will help clarify what’s important to you. Keep this in mind in answering the following question.

What do I hope will happen in the near future? Why do I hope this? Allow yourself to write about anything that comes up around this question.

Pain caused by sciatica is felt deep inside the leg and can be incredibly crippling.
