Muscle Spasms In The Back

The irregular, abnormal, spontaneous or involuntary contraction of a muscle is known as spasm. Muscle spasms in back areas of the body near the spinal cord or nerve roots can be most painful and in some cases debilitating. The spasms in back muscles can be due to many reasons, and when this happens, the person feels the forcible tightening of the muscle and its surrounding tissues.

Sciatica Basic Information

Sciatica is often a result of another issue, not a medical condition on its own. It is totally real, scary, and genuine. It is often diagnosed and treated by a Chiropractor, who specialises in the realignment of the spine. It can be diagnosed via a medical and physical exam, and whilst sciatica can be mild, people suffering with Sciatica are very uncomfortable to say the least.

Treating Piriformis Pain

Piriformis pain is closely related to the sciatic nerve and can be very difficult to treat as it seems to occur deep in the hip joint, at the top of the thigh.
