A morning yoga flow to help you feel your best today! How you start the day really matters. It matters for your physical health, it matters for your emotional wellbeing, and it matters to your peace of mind. This short little practice will help you feel your best in all of those ways, as you make your way out into this “interesting” world that we’re living in. We all need a morning movement and breath practice like this, and I’m so happy to share this one with you.

We begin today’s practice with a calming, revitalizing deep diaphragm breath practice to relax, restore and renew. Then some gentle stretching exercises to release tension and tightness in the hamstrings, hips and low back. And finally fun, energizing morning yoga flow that will help you feel your best self by building resilience, self-confidence, physical strength, flexibility and mental clarity.

This yoga practice is great for all fitness levels, including beginners, and for bodies of all shapes and sizes. Always listen to your body, take breaks whenever necessary, skip or modify any poses that feel unreasonable in your body, and most importantly HAVE FUN 😉
