A chair yoga practice to build strength, flexibility and whole body wellness. This practice is great for everyone, but especially for those with mobility challenges like seniors, or those who have difficulty getting on the ground for a traditional yoga practice. Or maybe you’re just looking for a gentle yoga practice to help you feel great in your body. Then this practice is for you! And if you’ve never tried chair yoga, I encourage you to give it a go. It’s way more fun and effective than you might realize, and this is a great practice to start with.
