We begin today’s practice with a mix of relaxing and energizing stretches, calming breath and joyful movement to welcome more creativity, play and fun into your day. Then a few deeper stretching exercises to release tension and tightness in the hamstrings, hips and low back. And finally a short, sweet and super fun flow for all levels (including beginners) that will help you let go of stress and worry and welcome a healing attitude of gratitude.
