A 30 minute sweet and slow yoga flow for relief and prevention of low back pain and sciatic pain due to chronic stress. This practice will help you strengthen, relax, and lengthen the main core and stabilizer muscles that provide structural support for your spine. This includes your hips, hamstrings, glutes, and the deep muscles of your core like the transverse abdominis (the large band of muscle underneath your abs). Keeping these muscles relaxed and strong is key to relief and prevention of low back pain and sciatic pain caused by chronic stress.
