A fun and effective cardio and full body Yoga/HIIT workout that’s totally accessible no matter what level of fitness you’re at. But don’t worry, it’s really not that high intensity – no jumping or equipment necessary – and it’s actually fun and super effective for cardio and building full body strength and flexibility, especially in your core, hips and butt.
