Today’s Journal Exercise:
Write yourself an invitation to do something this week that makes you happy. It could be something as simple as inviting yourself for a cup of coffee, a morning walk, or a hot bath. When writing this invitation, use loving language, as if you’re inviting your best friend in the whole world whom can’t wait to see!
